Health coaching provides a collaborative and personalized way to help you establish and maintain health promoting habits such as being more active, improving sleep, eating well, and managing stress. Building on four foundational pillars of health – move, eat, sleep, and manage stress – we work with you to develop and implement your personal wellness plan to improve your overall well-being, mitigate your risk for chronic health issues, and manage current health concerns. Fitness Coaching

 

Sometimes you just need a little extra guidance or motivation to get moving. Movement and physical activity can work wonders for both our mental and physical health and longevity, and are key to helping us age gracefully. We can work with you to design a step by step personalized fitness program that works for your lifestyle. Our programs include a weekly workout plan, individual check-ins to help monitor your progress, and adaptable exercises that work for your level and goals.

Research & Evaluation Consulting

 

Research helps us better understand people’s lived experiences and design services and supports to meet needs. We partner with individuals and organizations who are dedicated to promoting health equity for women and communities of color design and implement culturally responsive approaches to understanding client experiences and designing programs.
